Chris Small has been a resident of South Florida for over 30 years. Originally from Illinois Chris relocated with his parents and two brothers to Florida in the late 80s. He has lived in both Martin and Palm Beach County. He currently resides in Mallory Creek at Abacoa with his wife Kari and his two daughters Caroline and Kate. Chris being an avid boater and fisherman enjoys the expansive waterways that northern Palm Beach County offers.
Chris attended Trinity Pawling boarding school in Pawling, New York. He graduated from Rollins Collins in Winter Park, FL with a Bachelors Degree in Sociology. Chris prior to his real estate career owned a charter boat business and also remodeled and built house to flip with his two brothers.
Today Chris utilizes his extensive knowledge of Palm Beach and Martin County markets along with his passion for real estate and the lifestyle that Florida offers to successfully help his customers buy and sell the finest properties our area has to offer.
